1. Delivery Areas

• We provide nationwide shipping across Pakistan.

• Local deliveries within Karachi are handled via expedited local couriers to ensure maximum freshness.

2. Shipping Charges

• Karachi: Standard shipping charges apply (or Free Shipping on orders above a specific amount, e.g., Rs. 3,000).

• Other Cities (Rest of Pakistan): Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order and your location.

3. Processing & Delivery Timeline

• Order Processing: All orders placed before 5:00 PM are processed and dispatched on the same working day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM or on holidays will be processed the next business day.

• Delivery Time:

  • Within Karachi: 1 to 2 working days.

  • Major Cities (Lahore, Islamabad, Faisalabad, etc.): 3 to 5 working days.

  • Remote Areas: 5 to 7 working days.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD) & Payment Options

• We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) all over Pakistan for your convenience and trust.

• Direct Bank Transfer and mobile wallet payments (EasyPaisa/JazzCash) options are also available at checkout.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation message/email containing a tracking number. You can use this number on our logistics partner's website to track your shipment in real-time.

6. Damaged or Incomplete Shipments

We take extra care in premium airtight packaging to preserve crunch and quality. However, if your package arrives damaged or items are missing:

• Please take a photo of the package immediately.

• Contact our customer support team within 24 hours at sjtraders229@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at +92 316 1124754. We will arrange a replacement or resolve the issue promptly.
